Our Vision
To preserve and protect the Country Club of Buffalo’s old and historic buildings and the original Donald Ross designed golf course located in Williamsville, New York in order to perpetuate the architectural, historic, and general cultural heritage of the property.
The Country Club of Buffalo Foundation is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors, each bringing unique expertise and a shared commitment to advancing the Foundation’s mission. The Board provides strategic oversight, ensures fiduciary responsibility, and upholds the values and long-term vision of the Foundation. Through regular meetings and collaborative decision-making, the Board plays a vital role in guiding grantmaking, managing assets, and fostering philanthropic initiatives that benefit the Club community and its broader charitable objectives.
In furtherance of its mission, the Foundation will consider grant applications for projects that support its charitable and educational purposes consistent with the Foundation’s section 501 (c) (3) status. The Foundation cannot make grants to for-profit or commercial organizations.
